The AccessList Manager program was developed by The Workspace Solution, Inc. to help manage user logon ID and password information. The login information are use for secure site access such banking, bill pay, membership, shopping, gaming, conferencing, tech support, etc.

The information includes fields to put in web sites, account info, and notes. This program allows user to add vendors, groups for new set of vendors, and editing of current vendor information. Since logon ID and passwords are critical information, the access list file is encrypted. The encryption key is defined by the owner of the access list. When the user runs this program, the user is prompted to enter the encryption key to unlock the file. The information is loaded as groups of vendors with associated login information.

During the use of the manager program , the access list file is readable to allow the user:

  1. Edit the logon information
  2. Add new vendors and vendor groups
  3. Secure the passwords with encryption key
  4. Allow list management to be mobile and secured on thumb drive

Download the Access List Manager and unzip to any directory to begin using the program. This program is directory independent to allow you to copy to and run from an external drive. Initially, the access list file is unencrypted to get started. The document is part of download zip package. Please read it first to get started.
