Remote Support

We continue to improve our computer and network support services to our customers. With the COVID-19, onsite support became a concern for all of us. There would be times that customer support is needed to be resolved quickly when onsite is not possible. So, Workspace Solution has added remote access support service where we can remote into your computer, laptop, or server to resolve issues on your computer and network. This will require your computer, server, or laptop to still be operable and on the Internet. When you are ready for online support, Workspace Solution will send you an email to download and install a host program that will allow Workspace Solution to access your computer. 

There are two different downloads used for accessing your computer.

  1. Agent - The user would run to request spontaneous support from Workspace Solution. This is a one time remote access.
  2. Host - The user would install a program for unattended support. The host program remain resident on the user's system which allows Workspace Solution to access the user's computer on request.

 When remote support is requested, you will know that Workspace Solution is connected to your system as shown with the following pictures. You can exist the connection anytime.
